All five bedrooms facilitate rest and relaxation, and come equipped with amenities like private en suites, air conditioners, wardrobes and block out curtains. Four of the bedrooms are fitted with king beds while the fifth features twin singles.
The infinity pool-cum-jacuzzi at Baan LaCoume was made for refreshing dips while taking in vistas of Samui’s eastern coastline and lush tropical foliage. A feature that stands out is the pool’s UV system, which purifies the water without the use of any chlorine. When not cooling off with a dip in the pool, holidaymakers at Baan LaCoume are typically found sunbathing upon the loungers or enjoying sundowners and al fresco meals by the poolside.
Furnished with a tasteful eye, the common area at Baan LaCoume features dark leather sofas, wood fixtures, velvety rugs and full length glass doors that bring the outdoors in. Entertainment comes in the form of a large LCD TV with over 200 cable channels, and fiber optic internet lets you keep connected to friends and family back home. The open kitchen is sleek and modern, with black countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry and a full range of appliances and cookware. The island counter doubles up as a breakfast bar and dining set.
Baan LaCoume provides daily housekeeping services, along with check-in and check-out facilities. A customer service staff and villa manager are on-site to assist with your travel needs - from providing travel recommendations, to assisting with tour arrangements and organising private dining services. The villa provides amenities like cookware, wine glasses, bath towels, beach towels and toiletries, and the compound is kept secure with CCTV cameras and security service.
You’re 12 minutes’ drive from Lamai Beach. It’s one of the more popular beaches of the island, with plenty of options for dining, shopping and spa. For a quieter ambience away from the tourist crowds, hop into a car for a 20-minute drive to the beaches of Taling Ngam or Lipa Noi.
There’s much to see and do around the vicinity away from the beach. Attractions that come with our recommendations include Secret Buddha Garden, Hin Ta and Hin Ya Rocks, Laem Sor Pagoda and Lad Koh Viewpoint. Or drive out further to explore the northern coasts of Samui. Check out the iconic Big Buddha, Bophut Fisherman’s Village and Wat Bangrak.
Restaurants and eateries are scattered all around your villa for easy dining. Sabienglae Restaurant, just four minutes’ drive away is a great bet for Thai seafood. Swing Bar Samui and Shiva Samui Beach Club are our favourite hangouts for sundowners. If you’re into healthy, wholesome fare, Sweet Sisters Organic Cafe (11 minutes’ drive) features a full menu of salubrious mains and snacks. Slightly further out from your villa is Thong Krut Fisherman’s Village (17 minutes’ drive), where a bevy of seafood restaurants are waiting to be discovered.
