One can’t always be jetting off to the tropics, so perhaps the next best alternative is to bring a piece of Thai back home with you after your fun-filled vacay. Decision making at the following homeware and antique stores won’t be an easy process, particularly when it comes to picking the perfect ornament that fits right in. Will it be the intricately carved Buddha statue, velvety silks in vibrant colours or exotic antiques?

Orchid House Interiors & Island Boutique

Orchid House Interiors & Island Boutique, launched in April 2018, aims to provide unique home accessories, furniture, decor and lighting inspired by the island lifestyle. They source their collection from all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, and India. Most items are made from natural fibres, weaves and recycled hardwoods.

Their products are designed to appeal to locals, expatriates and tourists on the island. All items can now be shipped anywhere across Thailand. They also intend to broaden their global reach by expanding their supply network to other regions internationally.
