Villa Gao

We spent 10 nights overall at these villas, 8 nights in villa gao and 2 nights in villa sip haa in August 2023 and both were great but villa gao, wow…what a phenomenal accommodation! With two children, villa gao far exceeded the expectations we had with the playroom, the built in slide and the cinema room, the videos and photos online do not do these amenities enough justice! During our stay, we had the privilege of being looked after by Khun Apple and Khun Pui and I have to say, I was blown away by the attentiveness and customer service that was provided. Both ladies very quickly adapted to provide the right level of care during our stay, not too intrusive and allowing us ample space to enjoy the villa features without being overlooked. Kuhn Apple was also excellent at suggesting things to do, what to eat and also arranging the activities we enjoyed during our stay, nothing was too much effort for her. Breakfast was scrumptious and each day, we had lots of variety to choose from, the Thai breakfast was delicious. During our stay, my husband got sick, which required an emergency room visit at 2.00am in the morning and I was hugely grateful to Khun Apple, the driver and the security team who helped to ensure we got to the hospital swiftly. Khun Apple stayed with us to ensure we were well supported and taken care of, far exceeding expectations and her duties as our villa manager. I am very grateful to Khun Apple during this time. In addition, as we had to quickly change sleeping arrangements, Khun Pui worked quickly to deep clean and change all linen over multiple bedrooms to ensure we could take care of my husband and avoid others getting sick. I was so grateful as it meant both ladies working excess hours, I won’t forget this level of care provided 💜 Despite having sickness challenges and many hospital visits, we couldn’t be more grateful to be at a villa, with ample space and an open environment that still allowed for us to enjoy our time there, whilst allowing my husband the space to get back to good health. We definitely feel there is an unfinished vacation pending, I trust we will be returning to this villa in the future to enjoy paradise for a second time around.

Absolutely stunning, very clean and well maintained location. Staff were faultless, very attentive, professional and friendly. Cannot recommend Samujana enough, excited to return one day. Thank you Samujana
