Great villa and satisfied with the location, size, value and amenities provided. Very professional manager who was responsive and have accurate information and arranged everything that was requested on time. Helpful , flexible and great chefs too! Stayed for 7 days so only extra we didn’t anticipate was daily electricity surcharge but still worked out as good value for money vacation overall! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

We had a great week at the villa. It is a fantastic and spacious house for our family of five. On one side, it is within walking distance of a virtually deserted beach, and on the other side, there is a beach with several nice cafes and restaurants. It's a bit of a drive to the other side of the island, where you'll find BoPhut (Fisherman's Village) and Chaweng, among other places, but with our rental car, it was easy to do. The hostess Pittaya was very friendly and considerate. She responded proactively and quickly. Many thanks to her for all the great care that helped make our stay a success.

By far, the most amazing villa I have ever stayed in. Super peaceful surroundings with a large pool that I could do laps every day. It's clear that great care was taken with the property from the plants and frangipane trees that line and scent the garden and pool area to the comfortable couch and large tv to the beautiful bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms each with spa bath/bath tub and showers. The restaurants in the area have a friendly and lovely ambiance, you can view the most beautiful sunsets and enjoy swimming in quiet and sparsely crowded beach area. There is access to a private access beach. Its really a wonderful option in Koh Samui.

The villa was very nice, large and modernly decorated. Also the surroundings were beautiful and pleasantly quiet. It is a bit remote from Fisherman's Village and the airport, but you have almost a private beach right on the doorstep. However, with a scooter or taxi/Grab you can easily move around the island. The communication was very good and fast. We had a wonderful time in this villa and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and privacy.

It was really great. We were with our three children in the accommodation and there was really everything you need and in addition there were sand toys, water toys (diving rings etc. & swimming rings), badminton and many board games. Theoretically, if we had known, we wouldn't have had to pack anything ourselves. Communication was super straightforward. Everything ran through a group created at the move-in where you could ask questions, make requests, etc. at any time. Thanks for the great time !

Spacious villa with all the necessary services and a guest manager always ready to satisfy even last-minute requests. Nice ping-pong table! Nearby private beach, but without services. Quiet and central location, about 30 minutes to reach other beaches on the island. You need a scooter or car.

We had a lovely stay at the villa for 6 days.. Our villa manager was very responsive to all our asks. We loved the quite peaceful beach and that being within walkable distance was a score. Its a bit far out , away from the busy and hustle but if you looking for quite n peace its great..

We like this house a lot! Big yard, big pool, quiet place. Bedrooms are big with very big bathrooms. We cook breakfast and lunch everyday, kitchen has cooking tools but need to bring your own oil. House is clean , pool water is clean. 3 mins walking to beachside restaurants, we tried 5 restaurants nearby , food was tasty and best price on island! I actually like this area a lot more than other area we stayed, thanks manager introduced us private hiring long tail boat, b2000 for 4 hours a boat is way better than we expected. 15 mins driving away is a town center, massage starts from b199 with really good service, night market 5pm onwards also amazing . If we come back Ko Samui, this area is first choice! The only downside to me is mosquitoes, I’m attracted to it.

The house is lovely in a quiet area. A rental car makes life easier however taxis have no problem getting to and from the villa. It's a one minute walk to the beach. The house manager was awesome. He arranged an amazing chef for a private dinner at the villa, massages and transport. His communication was prompt.
