Kelapa House features four spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and refined furnishings. Two rooms boast king beds and ocean-facing balconies, complete with daybeds and lounge seating. The other two bedrooms feature queen beds and stylish lounging corners. Each room is designed with natural light, Balau wood accents, and modern tropical aesthetics. You'll find thoughtful details like wardrobes, safety boxes, ceiling fans, and fresh linens. All bathrooms include rainfall showers, premium toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers for a hotel-like experience.

At the heart of Kelapa House lies a 17-meter infinity saltwater pool with mesmerizing ocean views. The surrounding sun deck with four loungers invites you to relax in the tropical sun, while the outdoor dining pavilion is ideal for barbecues or sunset dinners. The villa’s natural wood finishes and glass walls blur the line between indoors and out, immersing you in the beauty of the surrounding coconut palms and coastal scenery.

The villa’s interior offers a seamless open-plan layout with air-conditioned living and dining spaces. Expect designer furnishings from B&B Italia and Poltrona Frau, along with floor-to-ceiling windows framing stunning sea views.

Entertainment is covered with a 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, a Sonos sound system, and a media room in the lower levels for movie nights or quiet relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything from a wine fridge to a rice cooker, perfect for casual meals or chef-prepared feasts.

Kelapa House comes fully staffed, including a villa manager, private chef, and housekeeping team. From arranging activities to preparing personalized meals, every detail is handled with care. Wellness is also at the forefront. The villa features a private spa pavilion, steam room, and Technogym-equipped gym, as well as an office nook for digital nomads.
