Baan Saitara 3S has 3 bedrooms for 6 adults. They all feature large king beds with high-quality mattresses and extra pillows that will give you a restful night. Private sea-facing balconies offer panoramic views of the ocean and the hills. Armchairs have been thoughtfully placed here, so you can sit back and cherish those views for as long as you want. All the bedrooms have blackout curtains, flat-screen televisions, sofas, wardrobes, and work desks. Large windows allow natural light and beautiful views.
The ensuite bathrooms have glass-door shower cubicles with rainwater showers. Towels and high-quality toiletries are provided. If you are a larger group, you can book more than one villa, even the entire compound. Baan Saitara can easily host a destination wedding or a special event where you expect many guests to attend.
Each house in this estate including Baan Saitara 3S has its own swimming pool. It is a beautiful infinity pool facing the sea and providing the illusion of being a part of the ocean. You will get direct sea views from the pool and also the deck where there are many loungers. Swim anytime you want and relax on a lounger, letting the warm sun dry you naturally. The pool is fenced for the protection of young children.
You will also find a traditional sala or gazebo in the outdoor area. This is a popular place for sunset views. See the miracle of the setting sun while drinking a glass of champagne. You will also find koi ponds between the individual villas in the estate.
Villa Baan Saitara 3S has a luxurious living room with comfortable sofas that will seat the entire group. There is a satellite television as well. One wall opens entirely to the pool deck. Move into this room if it is raining outside. The view from here is equally impressive. You can dine both inside and outside. The indoor dining area features a long table with six chairs.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and other appliances. Utensils and cutlery are provided.
Baan Saitara 3S is a self-sufficient villa where you will find everything. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The bathrooms have hot water, towels, shampoos, shower gel, conditioner, and soaps. 10/10The Staff was always available, flexible and very supportive. They made our stay very pleasant and helped us to optimize it.👍 The villa was very convenient, comfortable and bright. A special mention for the pool and the amazing view on the sea. 🤩
10/10Nothing was too much trouble for Birth and his team. The communication was exceptional from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. They really did go above and beyond and the 5 bed villa was spotless. The response was always immediate whenever we WhatsApped a question or request. He also organised massages, a day tour and a private chef for us and was always there to answer any questions - everything was always spot on. He even specially ordered in a cafetiere for my extremely particular coffee addict friend who I was travelling with. The location is fabulous in terms of views but it's not ideal in terms of getting to some of the places we wanted to go to, and you need a taxi really to get to and from it as the road is so steep. Taxis are really cheap though, the longest trip was around 40 mins and we just WhatsApped Birth and his team whenever we wanted one. We had some issues with the original (3 bed) villa we had booked but were immediately upgraded to the 5 bed at no extra cost.
