The Samui-Villa.com team would love to know more about the people behind this amazing place, so we got in touch with them for a short interview. Check it out below.

Could you give us a short intro about yourself and The Boudoir?

We love working with people. We are passionate and attentive towards our customers and aim to offer them a beautiful evening. That’s why we created The Boudoir to be a cosy, warm, friendly and romantic place.

What got you started? Why Samui?

We spent 10 years of vacation in Koh Samui and decided then to settle here, enjoy a great quality of life and, above all, realise a dream, my husband’s dream.

We arrived in October 2010 with the will to not work anymore and live a peaceful life on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Days were nice but became repetitive in the long run. So after two years we decided to get busy, meet new people and share with them. That’s what we do today and we are really happy about it!!!

What are the challenges and what have you learned overcoming them?

The challenges are to ensure the consistency of the service, to continuously challenge ourselves and provide the best for our customers. So far, we have managed to do that.

How do you find the inspirations for The Boudoir?

We find our ideas from magazines, websites, and also from discussions with our customers. From those inspirations, we find our ways to implement them.

What is the most fulfilling part of your life/business in Samui?

To help my husband fulfil his dream – creating a memorable experience for customers across the world is truly amazing – trust me!!

What is the next step on your journey?

We consider coming back home as we are very close to our family. But for now, we go on our adventure.

  • There is one more 100% vegan place on Koh Samui (in Lamai area, just in 120 meters from Lamai Veggie which is the last one in this listing) — Yoga House & Spa (http://house-yoga.com/en/vegan-cafe). It is inside the yoga studio, just opened (July 2016), is cozy & nicely decorated, offers (mostly) European dishes & desserts from Monday to Saturday (11 AM — 7 PM).

  • Awesome article and such helpful information. Thank you so much for the topics and the content. It helps a lot, after I was hopping around the beaches on Samui. My favorite one was the naturism beach in the north. A small bay, only us and coconut trees. Oh, i really over the place. But now I am back in Canada and saving money for my next trip in 2 months. Last time I passed the chance to do my diving license on Koh Tao. That is what I need to do this year. If somebody has any suggestions, I will be very happy. Unfortunately, on the last day, I had booked a nice boat cruise tour from Samui to Koh Phangan, for a very fair price, and with excellent service.
