We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Haineu. The location is a bit remote, but for us that was a huge plus – it’s peaceful, quiet, and you get the beach almost entirely to yourself. Ann and the rest of the staff were exceptional – so warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked, and helped with everything from arranging transport to pairing food and wine. The pool was amazing – long enough for proper swimming and perfect for kids. The food was outstanding, with delicious dinners and fresh tropical fruit served as afternoon snacks. A truly relaxing and luxurious stay. We've been to Thailand over 20 times, and this is one of the few places I know we will be returning to!

We had an absolutely amazing and unique stay at Villa Haineu. The villa itself is stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly located. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible service from Khun Ann and her team. They paid close attention to every detail and made us feel completely taken care of throughout our stay. Khun Ann remembered everyone's preferences – even how I like my coffee – and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She also prepared the most beautiful fresh fruit platters for breakfast and as afternoon snacks – a real highlight! The private chef cooked delicious Thai meals that we’re still dreaming about, and on our last evening, the team arranged a special dinner by the beach for us as we watched the sunset. It was pure magic. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

We had the most incredible stay at this villa — truly a dream holiday! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and impeccable service. A special thank you to Ann, who went above and beyond to make our stay peaceful and relaxing. Our daughter absolutely adored playing with her — it made the trip extra special for our family. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful swimming pool that we enjoyed every day. The rooms were always spotless, fresh, and prepared with care. One of the biggest highlights was the private chef — every meal was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and tailored to our tastes. Dining at the villa felt like being at a five-star restaurant every day! 5-star service from beginning to end. We’ll definitely be back!

Very rarely do we travel somewhere that completely exceeds expectations, this was one of the few occasions. The pictures simply don’t do it justice, it’s stunning. The rooms are luxury but not super high end luxury so very comfortable for a family. Wonderful open living areas and a great pool that is deep enough to have fun jumping in to. The staff are amazing and very helpful, Run the villa manager went out of her way to look after us all. We had 3 young children with us who were all treated wonderfully. The chef was super and we opted to have a BBQ by the beach sala twice during our weeks stay other than that it was delicious Thai food, all very reasonably priced indeed and exceedingly high quality. The beach itself wasn’t great but ok for a quick dip, it’s very rocky but fine for a paddle. If you want jet ski’s they can be arranged a the villa but we opted to go to Nikki Beach for an afternoon, which was fun and the beach is much better too. Only downside is that Lipa Noi is very quiet doesn’t have much in the way of shops etc best heading to Lamai if you want to do your own supermarket run. If you want a very peaceful holiday in Samui this place is a little slice of heaven. I miss it already! We will be back!
