Not only we had a great stay at Baan Kimsacheva, my friend also had his memorable moment of his life proposing at the villa! Simon, Pui and the team are all very friendly, responsive and great to communicate. From planning to arranging the stay to actually staying, we definitely were taken good care of. The villa is amazing and beautiful, we had relaxing day sun bathing at the pool, delicious breakfast and dinner for gathering, a big shout out to the team for serving us and meeting our requirements! Overall a great place to consider when visiting Samui!

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Kimsacheva! The location is absolutely superb—convenient and relatively accessible, making it easy to explore the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning infinity pool that offers an incredible view overlooking Koh Samui Airport. Watching planes land and take off while relaxing by the pool was a unique and memorable experience. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with the living room being a standout feature. It’s spacious, stylishly furnished, and provided the perfect space for our group to unwind and enjoy our time together. The open layout and panoramic views made it feel like a true luxury retreat. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Baan Kimsacheva and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and stylish getaway in Koh Samui!

Absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed from getting us ride to going grocery shopping for us. The breakfast was amazing everyday. This is a perfect villa for two families as it’s separated but the living room is huge and a great space to be together. At this price point it is everything you would expect plus more. I would definitely recommend using this villa.

I had the most incredible ten-day stay at Baan Kimsacheva, from November 11th to November 21st. This villa surpassed all my expectations, delivering an experience that was nothing short of amazing. The villa's design seamlessly blended traditional Thai elements with modern luxury, creating a unique and inviting ambiance. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that every aspect of the villa was crafted with care. The staff at Baan Kimsacheva were exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. Their genuine hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest, and their local knowledge was invaluable in helping our group make the most of our stay. I truly appreciated their dedication to ensuring that every moment of my time at the villa was enjoyable. The villa itself was a haven. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable sanctuary for relaxation. Waking up to the breeze and natural light was a delight. The outdoor amenities were a true highlight of the villa. The private swimming pool was one of the highlights, and we spent many hours lounging by. The surrounding gardens were maintained beautifully, creating a and tranquil environment. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset from the poolside, each moment spent outdoors was time well spent.

First of all: The service was outstanding. Ohm and Khong who took care of us deserve 6 stars out of 5! The property itself is more worn down than the pictures let you believe and the location is right next to the airport. The property has a lot of stairs, so be prepared traveling with small children (like us) and the floor plan is really not optimal. The pool is lovely! The view is fine. The weather is wonderful but the main asset is the lovely couple servicing the house and caring to your every need. So helpful and kind and heartwarming. Thanks!

Well you have seen the photos and like me you were immediately impressed with the property and the views. Now you are here reading the reviews to see if it all adds up and is it as good as it looks ?. Let me assure you that it is everything that it looks like it is and more. All that is obvious from the photos but what is not obvious is this properties greatest asset, The amazing caretakers/staff Ohm and Koin. They are the most genuine and caring staff that one could possibly ask for. They are truely invested in your happiness, they are fun and friendly and yet non invasive when not required. Nothing is too much trouble and everything happens seamlessly in the background. Their knowledge of the are is very helpful and they arranged transport and bookings for us easily. It’s an understatement to say that they made the stay. Thank you Ohm and Koin, we thank you so much for the great time we had there.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful place. We were a group of friends who wanted to unwind and relax. The place looked exactly like the pictures !! Ohm really looked after us and made us feel right at home. Khot made wonderful breakfast for us every morning with exceptional eggs (she just does eggs so well) we truly truly enjoyed it !!

We had an amazing 3 nights at this villa and we are looking forward to returning again and staying here for longer. Ohm and Kohn (sorry, unsure how to spell) were so welcoming and accommodating to us. Their hospitality was exceptional and made the villa feel like a second home. The villa is stunning! It's clean, bright and luxurious with beautiful views. It is located close to the airport and about 10mins (more of less) to Chaweng beach. I'd recommend hiring a car that has the power to get up the steep hills around the place. Dinner was amazing too and super convenient to have the option of groceries being purchased before arriving.
