A total of nine capacious bedrooms houses 18, so it’s ideal for housing large travelling parties. With a team of full-time staff, a sprawling ground floor lounge and stunning coastal views, Sunrise Mountain Villa makes a great venue for hosting weddings and events.
You’ll look forward to retiring to one of the finely appointed bedrooms at Sunrise Mountain Villa. Furnished to facilitate rest and relaxation, each of the rooms is decked out in soothing colours, and features amenities like air conditioners, ceiling fans, quality linen, double beds, wardrobes and private en suites. Of nine bedrooms, seven offer unobstructed sea vistas.
Step out from the upper floor living area to glistening infinity pool. With uninterrupted views out to the sea, you’ll feel at one with the ocean when you sink in for a dip. A wooden deck framing the pool is kitted out with bright blue patio umbrellas, white recliners and a charming swing set. Ornaments like outdoor plants and a dolphin statue add a playful vibe to the outdoor compound - a favourite hangout among guests for sundowners and a picture-perfect sunset show.
Multiple entertainment and common spaces are spread out across two levels. The ground floor lounge, outfitted with an open kitchen, sofas, coffee tables, armchairs and dining sets is where vacationers gather for a daily breakfast feast. This generously proportioned living area also doubles up as an event space for weddings and functions.
Ascend a winding staircase to access the upper floor living spaces. Just like the ground floor common areas, the spaces feature full-length glass walls, light-filled interiors and contemporary furnishings. Our favourite hangout is the cosy media room with its lofty, chandeliered ceiling, colourful armchairs and plump sofa set. Draw back the curtains to create a dim, cinema-esque setting for an incredible in-house movie experience.
Three full-time staff will attend to all your vacation needs, and your villa manager will readily assist with travel requests, such as hiring a car, motorbike or driver for day trips.
The staff will assist with arrangements for functions and events. The owner of the property has a restaurant located 200 metres from the villa that can handle your event catering needs.
Sunrise Mountain Villa enjoys a prime location in Chaweng, with easy access to local amenities, restaurants and sightseeing attractions.
You won’t have to travel out far for meals or entertainment. Hop into a car for a six-minute ride out to the hilltop restaurant of Jungle Club. Even nearer is Marco Polo Resort and Restaurant, a three minutes’ drive away from your villa.
The nearest beaches are just a skip away. Chaweng Noi Beach is six minutes’ drive from your villa. Its quiet ambience, shallow waters, pristine white sand shores and casual beachfront eateries makes this a great spot for families. Chaweng Beach, a 17-minute drive away is where all the action lies. Dotted along the coasts are seafront dining establishments, bars and happening nightlife venues, and the vicinity bustles with a vibrant vibe. Located a skip away from the beach is Chaweng walking street, where myriad stores selling a diversity of knick knacks and street food await.
Your villa manager will readily assist with travel arrangements, so planning day trips will be a breeze. We recommend visiting the following attractions: Lad Koh Viewpoint (two minutes by car), Big Buddha (24 minutes by car), Hin Ta and Hin Ya Rocks (18 minutes by car), Wat Plai Laem (25 minutes by car) and Fisherman’s Village (16 minutes by car).
