10/10Wow wow wow! From arrival we were treated like celebrities from Am and her team, Villa was gorgeous and more then what we expected, perfect location, very short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff made our stay so incredible, was there when we needed them but also gave us our privacy, rooms were spacious and adequate for all 10 of us that stayed for 14 days. Villa is clean with all amenities, you can have a meal cooked for you by request or eat out at your choice, breakfast was great and included in our price, we had Coffee Tea, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, we paid extra to have bacon and eggs, just need to ask and it’s no trouble at all with very minimal cost, you have a restaurant either side of the Villa that serves amazing food if you wish to eat close by. The view is amazing, we all agreed that’s its best Villa we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be returning. Again we can’t praise the staff enough who made our holiday, the cook was amazing, Thankyou
10/10We had a wonderful 10-day stay at the villa with friends—a group of 13 people—in January 2025. The houses were impeccably maintained, with towels changed several times a day and the rooms tidied regularly. The villa manager, Am, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, from ordering a birthday cake and arranging taxis to assisting with an airport wheelchair. Her support was invaluable throughout our stay. The villa is staffed by a team of four, all of whom were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast timing was tailored to our preferences, and they prepared delicious lunches and dinners on request. We also enjoyed exploring the local restaurants in the area. The outdoor area was also a highlight—tidy and beautifully landscaped, with a garden full of wonderful plants. The pool was well-maintained and provided the perfect spot to relax. The villa’s location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, ice cream parlors, grocery shops, massage salons, and laundry service. The only downside was that the front rooms of the villa, which face the road, were quite noisy at times. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we highly recommend this villa for a group stay!

9.8/10This was our best holidays! The villa is gorgeous, its situation on the beach is very nice. The only thing we can blame is the noise of the street but it is convenient to go very easy in the village. Anyway, the staff make you forget everything and enjoy your moment. The cooker is the best of ko Samui at the best price! Non need to go outside for lunch or dinner. You just have to walk 2 feet and you can enjoy a cocktail or an expresso. Fisherman’s village is a great to go Out with his market. We also enjoy to have so good massage at home, a cooking class and box lesson! Go there you will not regret! Thanks so much to Ahme! 10/10I liked the friendliness and professionalism of Am and co, the open space of the villa and the quiet, nearly private beach we had. Also liked the convenience of being able to choose our menu each day for lunch and dinners. All in all I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.
10/10The facilities were first class, the staff very friendly and attentive. The food prepared by the in-house chef was nearly all Thai and every meal was enthusiastically enjoyed by young and old! The pool was ideal and fully utilised, the beach just OK. Cayaks great to have.
10/10I don\'t know where to start. It was beyond our expectations. Pictures could be deceiving but not in our case. Villa was even better than the pictures. Layout is fantastic. Quality of furniture, bathroom fittings and cleanliness was impeccable. Pool was really nice as well. It came to a point that we were thinking of buying the villa and just move to Koh Samui. I am usually very lazy to give feedback but Luxury Retreats and the team deserves it. Kathleen, Tanya and the staff at the villa were amazing. No complains. In fact, the activities coordinator at Koh Samui, Pat and Andy really helped us out. We didn\'t have to go anywhere. They were always available and communication was straight forward. This was one of our best experiences ever. I rather stay at a villa like Ban Haad Sai instead of a hotel. It wasn\'t commercial and infact very personalized. 10/10The villa was very nice, and our onsite rep - Am - was extremely accomodating in all our requests. The chef was excellent and we enjoyed quite a few meals in house. The pool area and 2 lounges provided ample space for everyone not to feel crowded. We arranged yoga classes most of the days, with a GREAT teacher. The only downside was that the front rooms of the villa, facing the road, were pretty noisy. 1 of the rooms also had a foul odour that we mentioned but didnt seem to improve.
