3 Bunk Beds
Eight capacious bedrooms are spread out across the property and the villa features three bunk beds designed exclusively for children. Set in an elevated position within the property, with sea-facing balconies extending out from the rooms, you’re guaranteed uninterrupted vistas of the coastline and tropical surroundings.
Each of the rooms are thoughtfully furnished, featuring quality linen, block out curtains, satellite TCs, air conditioned interiors, ample storage space and generously proportioned en suite bathrooms.

Lounging outdoors is taken to a whole new level at Baan Jakawan; here, you’ll be taking a dip in a glimmering 35 metres long infinity pool that looks out to the ocean and surrounding greenery. There’s a daybed and ample poolside loungers to go around for sun seekers. Take full advantage of the swim-up bar - it’s a great spot for enjoying sundowners and pool parties!
The living pavilions at Baan Jakawan boast Thai-style roofs, elegant furnishings and modern amenities. The main pavilion feels particularly spacious, thanks to its airy interiors and lofty ceilings. It houses a seating area, lounge, dining area for 12 and a fully equipped western kitchen. An expansive terrace fitted with dining and lounge amenities provides a breezy space for outdoor relaxation and alfresco dining. Ceiling fans keep the living spaces cool, while a hanging chandelier adds to the room’s opulent charm.

Chaweng Beach is a popular attraction that boasts a diverse beach bar scene, powdery white sand coast and a tree-lined shoreline. It’s about eight minutes’ drive from your villa. For a quieter ambience, take a 20-minute drive to Chaweng Noi Beach or Coral Cove Beach. The latter also offers excellent snorkeling.
Away from the beach, you may try your hand at cooking your favourite Thai dishes, unwinding with a spa treatment, souvenir shopping or stretching out on a yoga mat. There are yoga studios, luxury spa establishments and walking streets peppered all around the vicinity, with most being within a 20-minute drive from your villa.
