Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
Sularai in Thai mythology was the residence of the angels, and with this villas's sheer opulence and it's location on top of a mountain, this name definitely seems fitting.
Already upon entering the villa, you will be enchanted. At such an elevated height, you will definitely feel like you are on top of the world. The stone pathway that leads to the entrance goes underneath a natural stone waterfall that flows behind the main building. Then, there are steps leading up to the magical reflecting pond. To the left, there is the spacious open-concept living area which consists of the kitchen, living and dining room. The first feature that will capture you is the polished dark wood dining table. Close to this is the black-gloss and chrome finished kitchen which is complemented by an island and breakfast bar. This allows ease of access between the dining room and the kitchen, making it a very sociable and diverse space. The living room area is plush, with white leather sofas and sculptures- perfect for entertaining guests and a wonderful ambience in which to admire the wondrous views that this villa has to offer.
The white marble balcony that leads off this expansive room is adorned with all-weather outdoor furniture that is perfect to recline on as you admire the gardens below. There is also an outdoor dining area here, which means that you also have the luxury of enjoying a meal outside as well.
To the right of this, there are stairs that lead down to the lower level which holds three ensuite bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms has it's own private balcony which has seating that looks down on to it's garden and pools and out towards the sea.
The outdoor area is particularly impressive with a large infinity edged pool that has a pool sala to the right of it. Inside this pool sala, is a built-in seating area with soft cushions. The amazing feature of this area is the stairs right next to the sala, which lead down to an underground area which leads you to the private fitness room. There are also doors that open out to the garden area.
Stepping stones that go across the garden lead you to perhaps the most grand pavilion of all as it contains three master suites- one on each floor. In each of these suites, the ensuites have their bathtubs positioned right at the front so that the panoramic views that can be seen whilst soaking in the tub are maximised.
With the Sala Samui and Resort close by, Villa Suralai does not spare any costs when it comes to luxury.
