Villa Baan Kuno cuenta con dos dormitorios principales situados en las plantas superior e inferior que están equipados con lujosas camas king size, limpios baños en suite y televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD para su disfrute. Ambos dormitorios tienen también un balcón privado y fantásticas vistas del océano y del jardín.
