Baan Hinyai, una propiedad frente al mar en Hua Thanon, Koh Samui, es una de las dos lujosas villas de playa en las que un mundo de lujo absoluto y máximo confort espera a los huéspedes. La villa cuenta con cinco dormitorios bien amueblados que también tienen aire acondicionado y están equipados con televisores, así como otras comodidades modernas como espacios para escribir, reproductores de DVD, etc. Los cuatro primeros dormitorios se encuentran en la planta superior y cuentan con camas de tamaño king, espaciosas distribuciones, puertas correderas de cristal que conducen a una terraza amueblada y amplias vistas del paisaje. El quinto dormitorio, sin embargo, está escondido un nivel por debajo de la villa principal, con camas individuales, y un ambiente más acogedor, ya que ofrece privacidad y exclusividad a los huéspedes.

The villa prides itself in offering spaces and places that make the most of Hua Thanon's mesmerising beachside location. The swimming pool is located on one side of the villa, with a breadth-wise infinity-edge and a world of views across the ocean. Lounge on the sun chairs on the pool deck, or enjoy the sunset while resting on the alfresco dining spaces, it is totally up to you and what you fancy in the moment. There is a poolside sala which houses a spacious outdoor dining area with seating for up to ten people at a time as well as cushioned ledges for lounging on.
Since you're tucked away in a beautiful part of the island, it won't do well to subdue this gorgeous view and block off all of nature with stone walls. Hence, the living area at Baan Hinyai is an open-concept space with an arch separating it from the pool deck and glass walls. Sporting a high-vaulting ceiling, traditionally Thai, the otherwise modern space is furnished with comfortable, tufted white couches, wooden coffee table, indoor plants, and a stone wall with a massive TV and surround sound.
Enjoy a meal especially prepared for guests by the skilled chef out on the beach, at the alfresco dining area, or indoors where there is a cosy wooden dining table with benches and chairs for a hearty meal. The living area is the perfect communal spot as it is spacious, offers splendid views, and opens out to the deck to make for an even bigger space. If you're having a private event, this would be where all the fun is had! The fully-equipped kitchen is fully at your disposal.

If it's serenity and quiet you seek, Baan Hinyai is your place as there are very few tourists around and the beach at your doorstep is as good as a private space. Hang out with friends and family, enjoy a meal out beside the ocean, and breathe in the fresh air without a worry in the world. If you wish, you can always drive to Lamai beach where you also have a few beach clubs such as Swing Bar.

10/10Wonderful week away. Staff were amazing. Rooms were great, communal areas large and well set out. Pool and surrounding area were spectacular. Staff excellent. Highly recommend eating in food was delicious and well priced. We had enough for lunch next day.

10/10An awesome experience that surpassed every expectation. What a way to celebrate a special birthday with family and friends. Our every need was accommodated by the generous and hospitable team of welcoming staff. Now the chef requires special mention because feeding a couple of renowned Australian chefs is no easy feat. Our talented chef stunned us with his expertise and attention to detail - we weren't expecting this standard after dining at David Thompson's restaurant Nham in Bangkok prior to arriving at the Baan Hinyai. We joined the house manager and chef on a visit to the local fish market and carefully planned our days dishes where the chef was able to showcase his capabilities in regional Thai cuisine. The market trip was one of many highlights we experienced whilst at the villa. The house manager and team of staff went beyond the call of duty to ensure my birthday was beyond anything I imagined. Private fireworks on the beach and the launching of sky lanterns delivered fond memories I will remember for my lifetime. Thanks Jee & Ole
10/10Our family of 6 adults and a baby stayed here in October. Our first impression was "wow" and the same as we left. The villa has everything you need and the staff make it perfect. Food cooked by a personal chef is so good, we ate in every day and night. Like a 5 star hotel only better. Jee is the manager and takes care of your every need. There was never a moment during our stay that we needed to ask, it was all taken care of. All the staff at this villa become like family instantly. We all wished we had booked a further week and did not wish to leave. The pool and rooms are beautiful and well equiped. Loved the rain showers in the rooms. Overall this is a first class experience and I would return in an instant next year. Jee you are a superstar! Ben misses you...Wonderful holiday and very relaxing.

10/10We were a party of 5 adults and 4 kids and had an amazing holiday. The house has very good energy and looked after by a dedicated staff led by Ms Jee- who is a great eye for detail. Food prepared by Chef Kwan was amazing and enticed us to eat all meals at home..
