Solaris es una villa de 3 dormitorios que se distribuye en dos niveles. Los tres dormitorios están en la planta superior, por lo que todo el grupo puede permanecer cerca. Lo que le encantará nada más llegar es su ubicación frente a la playa. La zona exterior de esta propiedad de alquiler cuenta con una piscina privada rodeada de un cuidado césped. El agua fresca de la piscina es muy acogedora. Tiene un extremo poco profundo donde los niños pequeños pueden divertirse mientras que los adultos pueden acceder a su parte más profunda. También encontrará un largo banco con chorros de jacuzzi. La cubierta de la piscina tiene muchas tumbonas donde podrá tumbarse para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas.
El césped está distribuido en dos niveles con unos escalones que los dividen. En el nivel inferior, encontrará más tumbonas y una cabaña a la sombra con almohadas. El césped se extiende hasta la playa rocosa.
En la planta superior de Villa Solaris se encuentran los dormitorios, mientras que en la inferior están todas las zonas comunes. Dispone de una gran sala diáfana con la zona de estar a un lado y la sección de comedor al otro. El espacio de descanso cuenta con sofás y sillones acolchados. Justo detrás se encuentra la sala de cine con sofás convertibles.
Toda una pared de esta sala se abre a la terraza de la piscina y a las vistas al mar. En la zona de comedor, encontrará una mesa de 10 plazas para toda la familia. Además, la cocina dispone de una mesa de desayuno con sillas altas. En la cocina, encontrará un horno, una cocina de cinco fuegos, un microondas, un frigorífico para vinos totalmente surtido y un lavavajillas. Una escalera entre el salón y el comedor le llevará a los dormitorios.
Villa Solaris es una fantástica propiedad de alquiler en todos los sentidos. La piscina y el jacuzzi serán exclusivamente para usted y su grupo. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Se proporcionan toallas de mano, toallas de baño y artículos de tocador. 10/10We spent a week at Villa Kerem with our two children. If I could have given more stars, I would have been very happy to do so because the valleys are so beautiful. It was exceptional. Incredible bedding. Exceptional staff. Always attentive. I highly recommend it. We'll even come back.

The staff team were amazing; Jean, Lee and Panu were so helpful, kind and lovely they all deserve bigger payments for their wages. They make the place better in every way. 10/10This place have very comfortable environment and very attentive service. The staff are very kind and enthusiastic. They are always help us deal with every problem and need that arises. Especially Jean she’s always ready to help and give us very good and full service, I started missing her now, she’s Very good, and this is very good trip. This trip in Koh Samui was the most beautiful scenery. Jean made me feel so warm and grateful to have her for taking care of us and if I can give her any review of her service I will definitely give her two hundreds percent flawless.🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
10/10If I could have given 10 stars, I would have! Ideal location First of all, the villa is simply incredible; the photos truly reflect the villa. The spacious bedrooms, living room, and dining room are very pleasant and tastefully decorated. Impeccably clean; we could have eaten on the floor!!! The exterior is magnificent, the infinity pool overlooking the beach is large and at the perfect temperature! Private access to the beach with a canoe and kayak available is a real plus! The staff at the villa was more than competent; three women were there every morning to make us breakfast, which was excellent, by the way, with a huge selection! They ensured our well-being and the cleanliness of the house with great discretion. I sincerely thank Jean, our contact person, who fulfilled her role as concierge to perfection, always available to provide us with service or information with great responsiveness. Thanks to PLA and BBT for their morning smiles, their carefully prepared breakfasts, and for allowing us to stay in a villa that was always very tidy and very clean. (PLA, I won't forget all the little dishes personally prepared just for me; they were excellent. Thank you for taking time out of your free time to make these little treats for me🥰) BB-T next year, bilingual in English 😉 All of this contributed to making our vacation unforgettable! We'll be back next year without hesitation.
9.8/10We had an amazing 4 night stay at Villa Solaris. This has got to be the best stay we've ever had overseas! The place was beautiful with an excellent view and really nice private pool. The interior was well designed, very comfortable and welcoming! We enjoyed the privacy in the Villa. The breakfast was delicious and well prepared, personalised to our favourites. We even got try some amazing Thai snacks! The awesome hospitality exemplified by the staff was truly the best! They were so welcoming and helpful. Ong, Jean and the team took really good care of us! They were so pleasant and were like family during our stay there. We are already missing our time there and look forward to our next stay at Villa Solaris! This is a place we strongly recommend everyone to experience, not just for the scenic views and spacious home but also experience true amazing Thai hospitality.
9.8/10Our stay at Villa Solaris was better than we could ever imagine. It was all - luxurious, well-designed and so comfortable! The views from the villa are to die for. This has been our best stay overseas! The Villa staff welcomed us on our arrival and cared for every tiniest detail during our stay, keeping the Villa spotless and in perfect order, attended to our wishes, from preparing the marvellous breakfasts, or making our beds so beautifully, to attending to our requests over Whatsapp. From start to finish the experience at Villa Solaris left us speechless. We will recommend this villa to everyone, not just for the stay but for the experience too!
