Villa Ban Mekkala is een prachtig toevluchtsoord aan het strand in Bang Kao beach, Samui, met zijn zandige oevers die eindigen waar het villa eigendom begint. Met de oceaan voor de deur, kunt u zich voorstellen wat voor moois er voor u in petto ligt! Een overloopzwembad is de perfecte aanvulling op deze betoverende opzet, zodat u zich altijd dicht bij de oceaan kunt voelen. Met zes slaapkamers rondom de tuinen, is de villa ontworpen om maximaal te profiteren van de natuurlijke overvloed. De traditioneel ontworpen woon- en eetpaviljoens zullen u verbazen met hun warme interieurs die u naar binnen lokken om te genieten van de comfortabele ambiance!
De zes tuinslaapkamers bevinden zich rond het zwembad en de tropische tuinen van Villa Ban Mekkala voor een gemakkelijke toegang en voldoende privacy. De hoofdslaapkamer is de meest spectaculaire van alle kamers met een kingsize bed, een eigen verblijf, en een luxe en-suite badkamer. Twee slaapkamers bevinden zich in het hoofdpaviljoen, terwijl de vier andere slaapkamers iets verderop liggen.
Ze zijn voorzien van airconditioning om ze koel te houden tijdens de piekuren in de middag of gedurende de dag. De grote glazen schuifdeuren zorgen voor ventilatie en natuurlijk licht overdag! De en-suite badkamers zijn uitgerust met vrijstaande badkuipen en andere noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

Vanuit het woon- en eetpaviljoen is het aangrenzende terras verbonden met de binnenplaats via een trappenhuis dat leidt naar de weelderige, tropische tuinen! Ze zijn gemanicuurd en gesnoeid voor een frisse en goed onderhouden uitstraling met bloeiende bloemen, palmbomen, en dicht gebladerte. Een overloopzwembad ligt in de tuinen en strekt zich uit tot aan de oceaan voor een trippy ervaring. Het strand ligt aan de overkant van de villa, dus u kunt gemakkelijk naar beneden gaan als u dat wilt. Er zijn ligstoelen op het pooldeck om te loungen en te zonnebaden en een buisglijbaan die perfect is voor kinderen!
Het hoofdwoon paviljoen in Villa Ban Mekkala is een traditioneel wonder met een hoog houten plafond dat wordt opgeluisterd door een prachtige kristallen kroonluchter. De met de hand uitgehouwen houten deuren en de open indeling dragen allemaal bij aan de charme en pracht van deze prachtige en comfortabele leefruimte. Er zijn banken om op uit te rusten en zelfs om een dutje te doen, terwijl u geniet van de frisse, natuurlijke bries en het uitzicht op de tuin. Er zijn ook ligstoelen op het aangrenzende terras, zodat u kunt uitrusten in de open lucht.
Om te dineren biedt de villa niet één maar twee even opwindende opties. Er is een prachtig alfresco eetpaviljoen onder een traditionele sala met uitzicht over de oceaan en een 12-persoons eettafel. Een andere overdekte eethoek is te vinden in het hoofdwoon paviljoen waardoor de keuze van waar te dineren op uw schouders rust! Een volledig uitgeruste, westerse keuken staat volledig tot uw beschikking en is voorzien van alle apparatuur en voorzieningen.
De villa ligt zo dicht mogelijk bij het strand en biedt dus tal van diensten om uw tijd nuttig en onderhoudend te maken. Kajaks en paddleboards staan ter beschikking van de gasten, waarmee ze een tochtje kunnen maken langs het privé-bootkanaal. Met directe toegang tot het strand, heeft u alle tijd van de wereld om het tropische leven echt te ervaren. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zal u helpen met wat u maar wilt!
De villa ligt aan het Bang Kao strand, een rustige plek voor een ontspannen vakantie met geliefden. Voor sightseeing kunt u een bezoek brengen aan de Laem Sor Pagoda voor een culturele reis door de vele opwindende tradities van Thailand.
10/10Shared a luxurious stay at lovely Ban Melaka to celebrate a friends 50th….and it was perfect. The villa is gorgeous, exceeding all expectations. The pool is huge and perfectly maintained. Each meal was better than the next. The staff was what truly made it special led by the incomparable Fai. They made the birthday celebration iconic and our stay one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. Thank you Fai and team.

10/10Simply incredible. We had such an amazing experience with family and friends. Not only the place is beautiful and has everything you could want for a great vacation, the staff is out of this world and brings you luxury, comfort, care, kindness with the best service ever. We felt like princesses and princes. Food was exquisite, we had massages, they helped organize transportation, tours and everything we possibly could think of. My children were also pampered and had an amazing time.

10/10I can say without any hesitation that my stay at Ban Mekkala was the best holiday I've had. A large group of 11 of us stayed here over Christmas and New Year and the house quite exceeded all of my expectations. Beautifully situated in a quiet and peaceful part of the island, the house was tranquil and luxurious in equal measures. Separate sleeping quarters gave us the privacy we needed but big communal spaces meant we could comfortably relax together. The house has fantastic facilities, including one of the most beautiful swimming pools I've ever seen, and the moment you step off the property you find yourself on an exquisite beach, which is calm and unspoilt.
10/1011 of us spent 2 weeks over Xmas and new year in this wonderful villa by the sea in the quiet south of Koh Samui. Beautifully designed with care and no little artistry, this is a simply fabulous place to unwind, rest, heal and restore. Lots of spaces to gather communally or read on your own, the inviting sea before you, the infinity pool is quite fabulous and, at around 20m in length, is able to accommodate lap swimming. What raises this villa from the merely fabulous to the simply sublime are the charming, helpful and thoughtful staff who discreetly tend to your every need: the fabulous cooking of Tum the chef; the lovely cleaners Sai and Kai; the helpful driver Eak; the cheerful and ever smiling Coco who tends the garden; but rising above even all of these wonderful people is the delightful Fai, the villa manager, who made our holiday the success it was by her patient answering of all our many questions and requests we bombarded her with on a daily basis. Thank you Fai. Thank you Ban Mekkala for the lingering memories.
10/10We had an amazing time at Crystal Villa. We had a group of 10 girls and everyone enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view is amazing (with glimps of sunset) as we are on the hill top. The pool feels like an infinity pool with great view. Most importantly, the staff are all very friendly and excellent cooks. We went out for a couple of meals and still felt the food at the villa are better than the food at the restaurant, so we ended up eating at the villa most of the time. Great way to spend your vacation!
10/10My extended family of 9 stayed in this wonderful Villa for one week in June 2014. This turned out to be the proverbial "vacation of a lifetime". The Villa and staff exceeded our high expectations. The Villa manager, Fi, and her staff responded to all of our needs and desires. We had virtually all of our meals at the Villa, and I must say, the Thai and western food was absolutely superb. We decided not to rent a car, and instead used the Villa driver and van for excursions on the island. This was a really good move, and I'm glad that I did not have to drive in sometimes hectic road conditions. Fi accompanied us on all trips, including several to a tailor, where we all had custom fitted suits and dresses made. The outdoor cinema, which uses a projector and a large roll down screen, is terrific as we enjoyed movies most evenings via our iPhones and iPads using Apple TV. Before arriving at the Villa, we stayed several days in Bangkok. We never saw a military person or a demonstration, and always felt secure. Bangkok hotels and restaurants were almost empty, and we were treated like royalty. In my opinion, this is a wonderful time to visit Thailand.
10/10This villa is a very rare find....amazing beachfront which is perfect for long walks and a lush and spacious property perfect for a holiday get-away. We stayed with three other couples and all of our children....relaxing and many activities at your fingertips. The living area both near the kitchen and beside the pool is very comfortable with friendly staff who are excellent cooks. We look forward to returning!! Many thanks again
