Villa Sundance Sunset Estates rijst op boven het strand van Choeng Mon met een strakke architectuur, ruime terrassen en een panoramisch oceaanzicht dat er bijna om vraagt om gedeeld te worden. Het hoofdterras sluit naadloos aan op de woonkamer door middel van brede glazen deuren, waardoor een ontspannen binnen-buiten stroom ontstaat die prachtig werkt voor zowel familie vakanties als luxe vakanties. Binnen is de lay-out schoon en intuïtief met zachte neutrale tinten zodat het landschap centraal blijft staan. Gemak is ook ingebouwd, dankzij een lift om gemakkelijk van de ene naar de andere verdieping te gaan en een volledig uitgeruste keuken voor gasten die graag koken tijdens hun verblijf.
De villa heeft vier lichte, rustgevende slaapkamers, waaronder een opvallende master suite die direct uitkomt op het zwembadterras. Lichte afwerkingen, zachte stoffen en slimme opbergmogelijkheden zorgen ervoor dat elke kamer uitnodigend aanvoelt, en de meeste zijn voorzien van airconditioning en grote ramen met uitzicht op de tuin of de zee. De grote slaapkamer voelt bijna als een eigen toevluchtsoord met toegang tot het terras en een gezellige zithoek om 's ochtends vroeg tot rust te komen. De extra kamers zijn perfect geschikt voor kinderen of vrienden en hebben allemaal handige details zoals voldoende kastruimte en een kluisje voor de gemoedsrust.

De leefruimte buiten is een van de grootste hoogtepunten van de villa. Een breed overdekt terras, ligstoelen bij het zwembad en een opvallend overloopzwembad dat opgaat in de horizon vormen het decor voor onvergetelijke zonsondergangen en luie middagen. Een ingebouwde BBQ en een ruime eethoek maken buiten eten een eenvoudig genoegen. Eenvoudige, nette tuinarchitectuur houdt de focus op het uitzicht terwijl het toch privacy biedt. Plafondventilatoren op het terras houden de ruimte de hele dag luchtig, waardoor het een favoriete hangplek is voor gezinnen of groepen die van het strand van Choeng Mon genieten.
Binnen voelt de open woonruimte uitnodigend en luchtig aan. Zachte banken, een smart tv en glazen deuren over de hele breedte creëren een natuurlijke verbinding met het terras zodat gasten vrij kunnen bewegen tussen loungen en zwemmen. De moderne keuken heeft stenen werkbladen, strakke apparatuur en een centraal eiland dat perfect is voor een ontbijt of cocktail in de avond. Extra's zoals een vaatwasser en koffiezetapparaat maken de dagelijkse routine nog eenvoudiger. Voor ontspanning heeft de villa een speciale bioscoopzaal met projector, plus een aparte speelruimte met een pooltafel en sjoelbak - ideaal voor groepen die entertainment willen zonder het huis te verlaten.
De villa wordt geleverd met behulpzame ondersteuning om je verblijf soepel te laten verlopen, waaronder een villa manager en routine schoonmaak. Een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger is vooral handig voor langere verblijven. Gezinnen worden goed verzorgd met zaken als een babybedje, een kinderstoel en voldoende badhanddoeken bij het zwembad. Het Conciërgeteam van Villa Finder kan helpen met het regelen van autoverhuur, transfers naar het vliegveld en andere extra's, terwijl het personeel ter plaatse de dagelijkse dingen regelt zodat jij gewoon kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht.
Vanuit Villa Sundance Sunset Estates ligt het gouden zand van het Choeng Mon strand op slechts een klein eindje rijden, samen met een keur aan gezinsvriendelijke eetgelegenheden en winkels. Kalm water en cafés aan het strand maken het gemakkelijk om te genieten van ontspannen dagen aan zee, of je nu zwemt, zonnebaadt of iets fris drinkt. Avontuurlijke gasten kunnen deelnemen aan boottochten of snorkeltrips vanaf nabijgelegen pieren, en de gunstige ligging van de villa maakt het eenvoudig om meer van de kust te verkennen of naar de stad te gaan - alles is comfortabel dichtbij.

10/10Beautiful villa and stunning view of the bay. Plenty of space and everything was spotless. The home cinema and gym really added to the experience and the kids loved the swimming pool. We had a lot of rain during our stay, but the villa made up for it. Great location and excellent staff who were always responsive and helpful.
10/10Everything about this villa was outstanding. The airport pickup was included and worked seamlessly. Communication was super easy – a group with the whole team was created right after booking, so all planning and practical questions were handled instantly. The team booked breakfast, massage, jet ski and ATV trips for us. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures – actually, even more beautiful in real life. Everything was spotless, stylish, and well maintained. We could walk to a small supermarket about 1.5 km away and to the beach around 2.5 km away, but otherwise we used taxis or Grab when going out. We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely stay again. Perfect service, perfect house, perfect holiday!
10/10The villa is simply perfect… the photos do not do it justice. It’s huge! The pool is perfect with the best view. And the games room when you have teenagers is just brilliant! The cinema room provided the perfect opportunity for the men to watch the football and the kids to watch movies every night. The views from the villa are beautiful everything about it was just lovely - cannot fault it at all. Was very handy to have a washing machine - we didn’t use the gym but were VERY impressed!! The cleaning team were professional and Very good. We had a lovely bbq one night - all the necessary tools and amenities are there to make your stay enjoyable and pleasant. 10/10We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in August 2025 and the photos definitely matched the actual villa. Great location and beautiful views. The villa is well equipped and maintained. Mario and the villa team have been amazing responding throughout the booking process and during the stay. Whenever we texted the team during the stay we received immediate responses. Always very polite and helpful. Info in the villa about excursions and private chefs etc. were great and very useful. The villa is very spacious and on 3 levels. We did not realize that the staircases are within the building but out doors, which made it feel a bit like separate entities. Unfortunately the elevator was not working throughout our stay, which would made it a bit easier when getting groceries. We enjoyed the cinema room and the pool. The pool stools are extremely sharp and you can easily get hurt. We reported it to the villa team and I am sure they will solve the issue. It's a beautiful villa to relax.
10/10Sundance is the perfect villa for your stay in Koh Samui. The villa was extremely comfortable for 8 adults , giving us all our own space. We loved spending our days in the pool looking at the amazing view and at night having fun in the games room as well as watching a movie in the cinema. Sundance is in a great location with only a short taxi ride to many popular places. Our staff was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and the team at the villas were amazing at helping us organise taxi’s, tours and our own personal chef experience. I would not hesitate in recommending this villa . It’s absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Koh Samui just perfect.
