You will also be surrounded by a landscaped garden.
A new home, this rental property can sleep up to 12 guests. It can easily accommodate a large family or a group of friends on their annual reunion holiday. The villa can also host small events. Your stay here comes with a welcome drink, complimentary housekeeping, a daily continental breakfast, and exclusive access to a fantastic infinity pool that looks toward the horizon. 1x roundtrip airport transfer is included with your stay. There is a media room, BBQ, yoga area, and a sound system.
The Blue View Luxe has 5 bedrooms, all with attached bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and two others have twins that can be converted into king beds. The fifth bedroom has two queen beds and two upper bunk beds, where young children can sleep. They are all huge and offer more space than an average hotel room, so you will be able to move easily. Large windows provide direct sea views.
A minimalist décor and whitewashed walls will help you relax and sleep better. The rooms showcase the right balance of refined luxury and natural appeal. Children under two years of age can stay free in the same bed with their parents. A baby cot is also provided free of charge. Towels and linen will be changed twice every week.
L-shaped Infinity pool (15m x 6.20m x 1.6m)
This hilltop luxury villa is surrounded by lush tropical greenery. At the center of its outdoor area, you will find an infinity pool with a shallow zone where the children can swim and enjoy themselves. The pool can also be fenced on request. There is a grassy lawn surrounding the pool and also many daybeds where you can relax and enjoy the views. You will also find hammocks on the lawn. The view is gorgeous any time of the day, but it looks even more magical during sunset and twilight.
You will have the wide panoramic sea on one side and the forested hill on the other. Enjoy the view with a cocktail in hand. The poolside sala has a barbecue for your grilling pleasure.
Inside the home, you will find modern architecture and minimalist design. All the rooms are spacious and airy. The open-air living room has a workspace, sound system, and comfortable sofas. It is a breezy space as the room is open from all sides. Comfort and luxury are key focus areas of this rental villa, giving you a top holiday experience. The air-conditioned and enclosed media room has a state-of-the-art entertainment system, so you will be able to make the most of your indoor time.
The indoor dining area has a table that can sit up to 10 guests. There is also a bar area with a BBQ stove. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, teapot, blender, toaster, rice cooker, oven, electric stove, electric kettle, and wine fridge.
The Blue View Luxe has a villa manager, handyman, and housekeeper. There is no in-house laundry facility. However, laundry service is provided for a charge. This luxury property also has a massage room with two beds. The charge for a massage is extra. You will find pots, pans, wine glasses, dinnerware, kitchenware, and many appliances in the kitchen. You can cook yourself or ask for the chef, who can prepare Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian, and children’s dishes.
Blue View Luxe is located high up on a hilltop in north wear Koh Samui. It is a serene and peaceful area. The closest beach is just 1.5 kilometers away. You can reach the Chaweng Night Market, Fisherman’s Village, and Big Buddha Temple in about half an hour. You will also find a picturesque waterfall and a golf club nearby.
10/10The view is absolutely a dream! We are with a team of 8 pe ople having spent 3 nights here for our team building activities. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, each with their own design. A huge infinity pool overlooking Koh Pha-ngan, and a cinema room which is perfect for our workshops. It has enough outdoor living room space to have our morning yoga session as well. We had 3 in-house meals and all of them are absolutely delicious! Service team is very hands-on. Overall a great experience and I definitely recommend this place!

10/10Fabulous time at Villa Blue View Luxe last week which they like to call the Low Season (October) . Honestly I couldn’t think of a better time to go - the weather ,despite a couple of hours rain every day, was spectacular and the temperature lovely. The villa itself is beautiful and has one of the most spectacular views you will ever experience and for me as golfer brilliantly located as it’s just 15 mins from Santiburi Golf Club which itself had half price green fees as it was low season. Will definitely be returning next year.
10/10I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot in my time and have stayed in some wonderful places. This villa beats them all. Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean with unrivalled views. I’ve never seen sunsets like it. Top this with the most wonderful staff and you have the perfect holiday destination. The only downside is you eventually have to leave. Thank you so much for our stay. We cannot wait to return

10/10The villa is brand new and completed to an incredibly high standard. The staff were absolutely first rate and the food was as good as any Thai food I have had. The villa is very conveniently located 2 mins drive from a beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants and bars. Only 20 mins drive to Chaweng and a few top notch restaurant options within 10 mins. If you are there for golf it is ideally located. Absolute top marks all round - 10 out 10.
