Exceptional stay, an incredible house on a beach that is both paradisiacal and untouched. It’s much more beautiful in person than in the photos. This is a luxury service with the option of having a cook, a group yoga class, or an in-home massage. Everything is within a 10-minute drive, and you can rent a car on site. The staff are great. This place is a gem. Very little tourism and no visual pollution.

Our family stay at Villa U was an outstandingly excellent experience. The Villa itself was exactly as described and the location was just what we were looking for. The staff were lovely, looked after us very well throughout and laid on a truly memorable landmark birthday party. This villa was ideal for a family spanning three generations. The west coast of Koh Samui and Lipa Noi is ideal for those wanting to experience a relaxed local atmosphere and a beautiful bay. Thoroughly recommended.

The villa was just amazing! Words couldn’t describe it. The staff were very nice as well. The views, the sunsets, the beach, everything was just amazing. When someone says beachfront villa this sis what you imagine. Crazy gem! Will keep this on my list forever. I will definitely be back. Very very clean. No bugs at all. Bedrooms were out of this world! Those floor to ceiling windows than span from the first floor up to the second floor in the living room was the cherry on top. Especially since this villa is located on the side of Samui that sees the sun set!

beautiful villa. perfect setting in sunny Samui. Very secluded beach with lots of privacy. preferably have own means of transport as its some distance from main busy road....which is good in way with peace and quiet. Full amenity villa with excellent staff; The staff cooked us excellent meals , gave us directions whenever needed and helpful in recommendations. They are an excellent pair to look after you. we had the perfect beach setting, crashing waves all day and idyllic surroundings. what a wonderful holiday!!

Magnificent villa on the Lipa Noi coast Great sunsets and access to the beach is a real plus Rooms are spacious and comfortable The location is a little far from everything, but it was a lovely surprise.

everything was just perfect - from planing our stay till leaving - Kim and her husband are super friendly and Kim is a great cook - renting a scooter is highly recommended - enjoy!

My husband and I stayed at Villa U for 2 weeks, we are so glad we did. From the moment of arrival, we were well taken care of! The staff were incredible! Nathan came to greet us and was a message away. He organized all of our tours for us as well as our in-villa services. Mister Joe and Miss Kem were our in-villa staff. Miss Kem is an incredible chef who made us excellent meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! They both took care of all of our needs and kept the villa clean. They were both very polite and professional! The villa itself was breathtaking. It was well designed with themed decor. It’s on the sunset side of the island where we enjoyed stunning views every evening. I recommend this villa to anyone. 10/10 stay!

What a villa - we absolutely loved this place and did not want to leave, we stayed for three nights and we were so sad to leave. The location is fantastic, on a great, quiet beach, with the best views of the sunset that we had on Samui, the pool was gorgeous, always a big decision, pool or beach! The staff - Suutep and Ramona (I apologise that is probably the incorrect spelling), were so lovely and helpful, and cooked us some really delicious dinners, they were always on hand to help out. The villa is really stunning, a real joy to stay in, I could not recommend this place enough.
