Villa Gamay es una villa elegante y de diseño vanguardista con vistas al mar, situada en la playa de Plai Laem, concebida para disfrutar de una vida tropical sin complicaciones con un toque de lujo discreto. Las líneas limpias del hormigón, las amplias puertas acristaladas y los suaves interiores en tonos neutros permiten centrarse en lo que realmente importa: el espacio para relajarse y ese horizonte oceánico que se abre ante uno. Los días aquí suelen seguir un ritmo muy agradable: un café en la terraza, un baño cuando apetece y, después, unas copas al atardecer mientras la bahía se tiñe de dorado.
Villa Gamay cuenta con tres amplios dormitorios dobles, cada uno decorado con la misma paleta de colores tranquilos: blancos nítidos, grises suaves y detalles de madera cálida. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño privado, por lo que las mañanas transcurren sin problemas incluso cuando la casa está llena.
Dos de las habitaciones dan directamente a la terraza, por lo que salir a disfrutar de las vistas al mar es tan fácil como correr las puertas de cristal. Los cuartos de baño son auténticos espacios de lujo, con lavabos dobles, grandes espejos y duchas a ras de suelo tras mamparas de cristal esmerilado: prácticos, privados y con un confort digno de un hotel.

La terraza es el corazón de la villa, con una piscina infinita privada que da directamente a la bahía. Cuenta con una combinación relajada de asientos acolchados y tumbonas, para que el grupo pueda distribuirse sin sentirse separado.
Las barandillas de cristal permiten disfrutar de unas vistas sin obstáculos, y las líneas limpias de la villa crean una sensación de intimidad sin bloquear la brisa. A medida que cambia la luz, este espacio demuestra todo su valor: un chapuzón al atardecer, seguido de una transición natural a unas copas al atardecer con el agua resplandeciendo a tus pies.
En el interior, Villa Gamay ofrece un ambiente diáfano y acogedor, con una amplia zona de estar que se abre directamente a la piscina a través de amplias puertas correderas. El salón está pensado para disfrutar de las tranquilas horas de vacaciones, con sofás mullidos, texturas suaves y unas vistas que nunca dejan de cautivar, ya sea en un día de un azul intenso o con las luces del atardecer al otro lado de la bahía.
Junto a la cocina hay una larga mesa de comedor, perfecta para desayunos en compañía, partidas de cartas o cenas prolongadas cuando quedarse en casa parece la mejor opción. La cocina es elegante y funcional, con una gran isla y mucho espacio para preparar la comida, ideal tanto para sencillas comidas familiares como para recibir a un chef privado.

La playa de Plai Laem es un punto de partida ideal en la costa noreste de Koh Samui, cerca de toda la acción, pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para sentir que te has escapado de verdad. Estás a un corto trayecto en coche de Choeng Mon, donde podrás bañarte y disfrutar de los clubes de playa, y de Fisherman’s Village (Bophut), ideal para contemplar puestas de sol, ir de compras y disfrutar de cenas tranquilas.
Si quieres hacer una excursión por la zona, el cercano Gran Buda y el Wat Plai Laem son paradas clásicas en Samui, ideales para visitarlas a primera hora, antes de que el día se caliente. Cuando regreses a Villa Gamay, la terraza con vistas al mar te convencerá para quedarte en casa, sobre todo cuando el cielo empiece a cambiar de color.

10/10Where the gods would like to rest. Everything perfect, from breakfast, to the excellent house, noble spaces, fantastic rooms, swimming pool, the brutal view, the best is impossible. Stayed a few days, an experience to repeat without a doubt!

10/10The view is good, here you can experience a sea view, a coast view, a sky view, as well as aircraft taking off and landing. A private swimming pool is also included in the room, with very clean water. The room is cleaned to a very high standard for us to check in, with complimentary mini bar and tropical fruit. Most importantly, staff here are very nice and friendly, you can reach to them with anything that you don’t know or not sure. They are always there to help. They planned our leisure activities, made our breakfast (western or Thai ), recommended good restaurants, booked taxi, etc. It is my second time in Samui and fourth time in Thailand, I would definitely recommend to you to live here for your holiday.
10/10I have personally stayed in some amazing places around the world but this Villa easily takes the cake. If you are thinking of visiting Ko Samui or are coming for the first time you HAVE to stay in this Villa because the experience is truly amazing. The Villa itself is brand new and feels so luxurious. It faces Bangrak and you can see fisherman and fishing boats coming and going from the wee town there, you truly get a different perspective and experience with the view from here. The views from the kitchen/dining area that open up out to the infinity pool are absolutely phenomenal. It faces west so at night you have a beautiful sunset you can enjoy whilst you eat dinner that can easily be brought to you by the house manager for a really good price. The house manager Ong is lovely and is here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I wanted a massage everyday so she arranged for a masseuse to come by the house. Ong also has staff who work full time tending to the Villa and can do things like cook breakfast on request each morning, it was great waking up to food and a clean kitchen everyday! The Villa is also fully serviced every three days so its always immaculate and you never have to get your hands dirty which makes the holiday that much more relaxing. Location is perfect as well, you are about a 5 min drive from all the action and the roads to the Villa are easy to drive and accessible. The gym is also brand new and has all the equipment you need to do really good workouts if you are that way inclined. There are also Kayaks you are allowed to use anytime to take out on the water and the tide is always high to be able to do this. Would highly recommend this accommodation it is perfection in every way! We will be visiting again later on in the year for another 6 weeks because we enjoyed it that much.
10/10Vila Gamay, just remember this name and add it to your bucket list , it’s THE best Vila in Samui. I have stayed for a few days at this amazing hotel and couldn’t leave ! Stepping through the entrance , i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly team, very welcoming atmosphere, the location is fantastic . The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greet and smile. The breakfasts were amazing. The location was superb ! Luxurious beach front vila , 5 stars ! well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. Defenitly a dream comes true can’t wait to go back !!! Thank you for an amazing experience
