Villa Sip Song is a four-level vacation residence that embodies environment-conscious architecture and contemporary island design. Interiors – with, generally, gray and white color complements – are appointed with artisan crafted furnishings along with first rate amenities – for your all-out convenience and enjoyment. Constructed in accordance with its hillside location, Villa Sip Song affords you active vacation living amidst a refreshing ambience.
All in all, the villa has seven bedrooms – two are on the ground level and five are on the first lower ground level. All bedrooms have king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and free-standing bathtubs as well as furnished terraces. Five bedrooms also open out to their private jacuzzis.

The villa has two swimming pools – one is an angled kiddie pool aligned to three sides of the elevated common area and the other is the 27-meter, beckoning swimming pool aligned to the border of the villa’s ground level exterior. Partially covered pool beds are on the wooden deck at one end of the longer pool and day beds – some of which are draped – are on the poolside covered terrace where you can take a breather after your brisk, routine laps.
With big boulders as the main design accent, the elevated and breezy common space has a sunken and angled living area. Behind one of the long sofas is the dining area. Alongside the dinner table is the semi-open, modern kitchen. Behind the day beds on the poolside covered terrace is a long, indoor bar. On the villa’s first lower ground level are the fully-equipped, exclusive gym, the boxing ring as well as the game and cinema rooms. Another game room is on the villa’s second lower ground level.
Trampoline
The villa’s amiable staff, headed by a manager, is assigned to the common services like airport transfers, daily breakfast, housekeeping, pool maintenance, gardening and security. The staff can also attend to additional services such as day tours, babysitting, private catering, laundry and spa therapies. These services, however, come with extra fees.
Close to the villa is Choeng Mon Beach where you can swim, snorkel and do water sports – all day long. Once the water runs low, however, crossover on foot to neighboring Koh Fan Noir. On a Wednesday, browse through the bounteous bargains on exhibit at the Walking Street’s Night Market.
