From the first interaction with the Team to the first meeting with our Guest Manager (Kun) it was exceptional. From the personal touches to the personal arrangements - I cannot fault the team but just praise the amazing service received. During our stay Mr Joe and Miss Sa were absolutely fabulous. They were attentive, efficient and so helpful. They made sure all our needs were taken care of and the food was delicious. I cannot recommend the Staff, Team and even the Villa enough. It was a perfect stay that made our vacation exceed our expectations. Thank you to everyone and we can't wait to plan our visit again.

A magical stay in an incredible villa that gave us unforgettable moments. The paradisiacal view with the sunrise every morning is a real plus, and the peacefulness of the location and the comfort of the rooms are just perfect. The concierge service is fabulous, and we were truly pampered, much to our delight. We can't wait to try again next year! Thank you Villa Finder 🫶

An Unforgettable Villa Experience Our stay at Baan SeThai was exceptional. The villa itself was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views, and the pool was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Caine, who managed the villa concierge service, was always available to assist—whether it was arranging in-villa massages, organizing private tours, or answering any questions we had. Our exceptional villa manager, Mr. Joe, and the outstanding chef, Miss Sa, ensured every aspect of our stay was perfect. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a mix of American-style favorites and traditional Thai dishes—a true culinary delight. We also had a number of lunches and dinners, all prepared in the villa and always restaurant-quality. Evenings by the pool quickly became a cherished routine, complete with cocktails. On a few occasions, Mr. Joe even treated us to his incredible Margaritas, adding a special touch to our nights. Our two weeks at Villa Baan SeThai were simply incredible—a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. It was the ideal retreat, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience.

Amazing staff and facilities

Baan SeThai sits high up in the hills so the views are incredible! It’s a good location for some smaller quiet beaches that we had visited previously. You’ll need a grab plus to get up there. Prior to our arrival, the live in staff, Joe and Zar, ensured the refrigerator was stocked with groceries we requested in advance. We also arranged for them to cook us the most amazing Thai dinner. The pomelo salad and prawns were absolutely delicious. Would thoroughly recommend the meal service. The beds were comfortable with super thick mattress toppers. The rooms have blackout curtains, as well as updated decorations, adding colorful touches. The pool is a great size for a villa, the outdoor furniture is all quite new. The area is shaded much of the afternoon so with the breeze it’s very pleasant to be outside. The grounds have lots of trees which made the villa feel quiet and private. They also lead to a relaxing sala, perfect for pre dinner drinks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay
