Thank you for such a relaxing, delicious and easy holiday! The entire experience was wonderful. Our meals in the villa were easily the best dinner or lunches that we had throughout the break. The staff were so kind and generous with their time and service making us feel at home and providing everything we could possibly need. We'll definitely be back!!!

Its hard to put into words how fantastic the week here has been. The food has exceeded all our expectations and were a highlight everyday, each meal was simply delicious and prepared to be very high standards, we cannot name a few as it was all wonderful. Lunches and dinner, why even go out when you have this? The hospitality were wonderful, you made us feel so at home. Nothing was ever too much despite us changing plans at the last minute. Thank you for making our week here so enjoyable and relaxed.

What a wonderful week! Where to begin? From the minute we arrived at the villa our stay has been fantastic. The highlight has been the service and hospitality from Amp and Oh. They went above and beyond throigh out our stay to ensure our experience was special. The best meals we have had so far in Thailand were the ones they prepared for us at the villa. The villa itself was perfect for our group. it is beautifully appointed and large enough to feel spacious for the two families. Waking up each morning to the amazing views from the deck was a treat. Thank you so much for making our time on Koh Samui Magical! Our two families have been talking about traveling together to Thailand for over a decade and we finally did it. Our entire experience this week left us with tons of lasting memeories. We couldn't be more grateful

A huge thank you from our group for the wonderful time, we were able to spend in this villa. The calm and serene nature of the environment helped us all to relax from our busy lives. We were so well looked after by Amp and Oh, they could not do enough for us which made us all feel so at home. Thank you so much Amp and Oh. You are real professionals. As for the villa, it is comfortable and well appointed place we could call home. The rooms are all well appointed kept clean and cool at all times. It is particularly good that it is located at the grounds of Intercontinental hotel as we were able to utilise all the facilities the hotel have to offer which included room service of food, the swimming pools, Gym etc. Everything represented great Value for money.

We had a great stay in this villa with a breathtaking sea view. It's located in the heart of the Intercontinental hotel, which means you can enjoy all the services and advantages of a luxury hotel while retaining the advantage of being in an independent villa. The staff at the villa are extremely kind, always ready to listen and offer excellent advice. You won't regret it!

All of the group were appreciative of the welcome, and enjoyed the amazing food prepare every night! The villa is incredibly comfortable, attentive staff at all times were much appreciated. Every assistance was offered all the times. All organisation and service offered was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. The 70th birthday celebration was exceptional, withe magnificent food and extraordinary table decorations. Every person appreciated the decorations added to the bedrooms each evening. The warm welcome by AE and OH, the great atmosphere in the villa, the view, the cleanliness, the generous living space, the awesome service and the delicious meals. Also the facilities (pool, restaurants, beach, kajaks, spa ...), the services and the staff of the Intercontinental resort. We travelled four adults and three children(1, 3 and 5 years old) and had wonderful 3 weeks holidays in Baan Hansa and also loved Koh Samui. We will definitely come back! Thanks to everybody !!! The only things to improve in the villa would be a dishwasher and a new fridge as well as a washer/dryer for guest use and the stairs down to the bedrooms 4 and 5.

A few friends together with our families stayed at Baan Hansa recently and we couldn't be happier. The villa has everything one could possibly need, and as it is within the Intercontinental Resort Taling Ngam, one can enjoy the use of all hotel facilities as well. The pool by the beach is right next to the kids club which is a joy for the parents. The chef at the villa spoiled us with the most delicious Thai food during our stay, so much so that when we actually ventured out of the hotel for meals, we were disappointed and couldn't wait to get back to the villa to our evening feast. I will definitely be visiting again!

Luxurious villa vacation in the exclusive Taling Ngam". My husband and I decided to have our honeymoon (long overdue) in Koh Samui after hearing about how lovely the island was, compared to Phuket and other tropical destinations in the area. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! The villa is located on the Intercontinental property which has been built on the cliffs facing Taling Ngam's pristine beaches. The villa itself is three floors, with balconies and perfect sea views. We loved waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and having a healthy and delicious breakfast on the terrace. The staff were attentive and considerate and provided very helpful advice on places to go and things to see. The staff did a fantastic job organising our day trips to the waterfalls and to Angthong Marine Park, our car rental, and our in-villa massages (which were super affordable!). They also arranged for beverages and snacks of our choosing ahead of time so when we arrived, we immediately had refreshments and weren't worried about going to a supermarket or 7-11 nearby. The staff easily arranged for further items for us to be bought which made our stay totally painless. The villa itself is stunning, with all amenities you could need and artwork in each room that reflects Thai culture and elegance. We particularly loved the fresh flowers displays. The villa is very spacious and would be great for families, couples or groups traveling together. It's a great space for total relaxation and privacy. The beds were comfortable and all the bath towels and linens were of superb quality. We wanted to take the waffle robes home! Be aware that the Intercontinental property is large but buggies are available 24/7 to take you to and from the villa to the beach, the lobby, and the car park (we have never waited more than a few minutes for a buggy to arrive). The restaurant choices are limited on the hotel property but the in-villa chef is a great option (they can shop for speciality items like fresh caught fish or octopus on the day) and there is an excellent Thai restaurant that is only a ten minute walk along the beach called the Virgin's Coast --- we highly recommend going there for traditional dishes and fresh seafood which you can pre-order in advance (someone from the restaurant can also pick you up from the villa if you call ahead of time). If total rest and relaxation isn't your cup of tea, we would also highly recommend renting a car (which the staff can arrange as mentioned above, for a very affordable price). We enjoyed driving around the island and seeing the more bustling neighbourhoods in Bo Phut and Chaweng. Both locations have restaurants, tailors, shopping malls, but also nice beaches. We would especially recommend the Fisherman's Village for seafood dinner and trying Tree Tops for an extra special and romantic sunset meal high up in the trees. There are also Tesco's all over the island should you wish to do your own food shopping. Taxi's are expensive so a rental car is the way to go and parking is free at the Intercontinental. We loved our trip to Koh Samui and staying at Baan Hansa was such a special treat. The staff took care of us the whole time in a non-intrusive way and the island itself was truly unspoilt and more beautiful than we thought it would be. There are loads of things to do for the young and old alike and we can't wait to go back.

Love this place. Spent a week hanging around in February. The villa itself is spacious-- there were six adults and three children total staying there-- and had plenty of amenities. The property is beautiful, and Koh Samui is hard to beat. We enjoyed dinners on the balcony watching beautiful sunsets, and spent time lounging at the pool and on the beach. The kitchen is spacious and there is a full dining room table both inside and on the balcony. If you like swimming, there is a pool that is a flight of stairs away, so much quieter than the main pool, which is a few minutes' walk. I would also highly recommend using the cook. She did a fantastic job-- it made feeding a group that included small children much easier. The complex also offers other nice amenities, such as bikes and kayaks free of charge, as well as fishing poles. There is also a quiet gym and a beach-side bar. Overall, the place is great for families or groups, as it offers the privacy that a hotel suite cannot, as well as more flexibility in dining, without losing the amenities of a 5-star resort. I would highly recommend it.
